I'm Bryony Robinson, a trained and certified gentle sleep consultant. I have over 15 years experience working with families, a BSc in Psychology, Development and Developmental Disorders and personal experience of the struggles of sleep deprivation with an infant.
I help families to improve their little one's sleep through holistic sleep coaching approaches that do not use cry it out or controlled crying.
My approach is evidence based, uses developmentally considered techniques, promotes responsive parenting, secure attachment and is breastfeeding friendly. My work is about helping parents achieve their sleep needs by creating a plan that feels right, realistic and achievable for the whole family.
