Hi, I'm Viv, the founder of Empowered Women's Collective. I am a mum of 2 and Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist.
The inspiration for Empowered Women's Collective stems from my journey during pregnancy and after birth. Even as an avid athlete my entire life, I found it hard to get any sort of useful or effective advice on what i should and shouldn't be doing both pre and postnatal birth and realised there must be other mums like me. So I created this space to give you the support you deserve.
Our programmes are designed to make you stronger, and heal your core and pelvic floor - overcoming common issues such as diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence, back and hip pain and more. We offer:
- Personal Training
- Corrective Exercise Coaching
- Baby Friendly Postnatal Fitness Classes
- Bespoke exercise programming
- Small group strength training
- Community support and networking
