Yoga with Baby classes at locations in and around Surrey and Hampshire.  A chance to stretch, move and breath with baby during pregnancy and then help you build your strength after birth, at the same time you are getting to grips with life with a newborn.

Pregnancy Yoga classes take place on Sunday evenings in Ash (easily reached from Aldershot, Farnham, Guildford) which are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy up to birth.  Some gentle yoga for strength building, releasing sore muscles, finding your breath, and slowing down to nurture yourself and your growing baby.

I have postnatal classes running in central Guildford (Wednesday mornings) and Ash (Tuesday mornings).  Classes are booked in half-term blocks.  Where I can, I offer a chance to try out before joining a full set of classes, and you may be able to join a set mid-way through if there is a space available. You can join as soon as you've had your postnatal check with the GP (usually about 6-8 weeks) or whenever you feel ready, up to baby's first birthday.  

I have been running postnatal yoga classes since 2013, have facilitated courses and classes with parents in the postnatal period for even longer.  I am delighted to now be able to offer yoga classes serving you even earlier in your parenting journey, from the second trimester of pregnancy.
