Pilates for Parents/Carers & Babies.
Classical Mat Based Pilates Class.
Fridays 9:30am at The Feed in Waterloo Park.
This class will be all about working on post natal recovery. I will concentrate on improving strength in the Abdominals & Pelvic Floor. Improve Mobility/Stability through the spine & hips. Focus on increasing flexibility, balance & Co-ordination, whilst incorporating breath control and following the Pilates Method.
As a mum, I understand how hard it is in those first months to be able to go to classes and have some time to move your body. I really want to create a safe space where you can have 45 minutes to practice Pilates, laugh, meet new friends, and just have some time for you.
