I am a Specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist, supporting women through all life stages, including pregnancy and the postpartum period. If you are struggling with bladder or bowel symptoms, including leaking or urgency, pelvic pain, prolapse, diastasis recti or other obstetric & gynaecological concerns, I am here to help.
I specialise in supporting women following birth. I offer the comprehensive post-natal check - The Mummy MOT. If you have had a vaginal or c-section delivery I can support you with re-building control and strength, pelvic floor muscle function and getting you back to doing the things you love.
I am a Mummy MOT Practitioner and have completed training in Pilates, which I regularly incorporate into my treatment plans. Whether your goal is to return to running post-partum, improve pelvic girdle pain, or re-gain control of your pelvic floor, I am here to support you.
My clinic is based at Birth Boutique, Dunchurch. Home visits can be arranged in Warwick, Leamington, Stratford and Southam. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments available. You can book clinic appointments online via website.
