Sessions stages one and two include hydrotherapy and massage from birth to 6 months.  Our three-stage aquatic programme is designed specifically so your baby benefits during each stage of their development from birth to 10 months and beyond. 

Baby Spa benefits include:

• Self-volition is not possible on land, however, in water your baby can enjoy freedom of unhindered movement with developmental benefits which parents enjoy to witness at close hand.
• During sessions, your babies swimming reflexes are stimulated and honed. As new born reflexes naturally fade, your baby will learn to control independent movement and self-direction.
• Muscular and skeletal strength is promoted through movement against the resistance of the water even though - it is gentle.
• Being in water, especially moving in water - against pressure, has a positive effect on the digestive and circulatory systems which can relieve colic, winds and reflux and promote defecation.

Bonding with Baby

In today’s busy world, there is little time to be fully present as a family. We offer ‘Bonding with Baby’ - a private session designed for both parents with their new born to enjoy the opportunity to spend a quiet time of closeness in a warm pool.

Swimming Lessons:

From around 5 months your baby will display signs of readiness for more exploration. This is when you can enjoy active participation in the pool with your baby to learn fundamental swimming skills and begin the journey of independent swimming. Duration of each class is 30 minutes with class sizes up to 3 babies.
