Archie's Smile is a weekly Stay and Play group for babies and pre-schoolers who have Down syndrome.
Sessions are 10:00 until 12:00 on a Thursday morning during term time (in line with Coventry school holiday dates).
The group is run by volunteers and is a registered charity. The aim of the group is to provide play activities, songs with Makaton signing, and refreshments.
Parents are able to chat together at the group and support each other through the journey of raising a child with Down syndrome.
Parents, grandparents, and other family members are welcome.
There is speech and language therapy on a weekly rotation once the child is over the age of two. A donation towards the cost of these SaLT sessions is requested.
Upcoming sessions are 16/4/26, 23/4/26, 30/4/26, 7/5/26, 14/5/26, 21/5/26 at Holbrook Community Centre, John Shelton Drive, Holbrooks, Coventry, CV6 4PE
After half term the sessions will be 4/6/26, 11/6/25, 18/6/26, 25/6/26, 2/7/26, 9/7/26, 16/7/26. We are then closed for the summer holidays.
