13 Fitness Personal Training sessions ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. We have ample parking, a quiet and private consultation room and outdoor fitness area which uses the latest equipment and planning to get results!
During a PT session, you can expect a mobility and dynamic warm up along with some strength and conditioning exercises. All sessions plans will be displayed on a whiteboard and we track all weight, reps and sets to ensure you always make progress!
Suitable for 1:1 or 1:2 clients if in the same bubble or household.
