If you haven't visited Cotswold Farm Park recently, now is the perfect time! Not only did they open a new indoor Adventure Barn last year with huge indoor sandpit, they are now offeringspecial discounted entryfor weekday term-time visitors.
The Farm Park was established in 1971 by Joe Henson. His son Adam (now a well-known TV presenter and conservationist) continues to run the family business today. It's ahaven for young families, with lots of opportunities for some fantastic firsts;
bottle-feeding a lamb
hand-feeding a goat
milking a cow (not a real one, we hasten to add!)
watching a chick hatch
bouncing on a giant pillow
flying down a zip wire
ride-on tractors
sandpits
conservation area
regular tractor and trailer rides around the edge of the park so that even those with tired little legs can get to see absolutely everything.
Located near Stow-on-the-Wold, around 20 minutes’ drive from Cheltenham, the Farm Park is a world away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by the rolling hills of the Cotswolds, you can take a deep breath of country air, forget about everything else and get on with the important business of making some very special, silly, laughter-soaked memories.
