Review: Toddling About in Northants - The Cloud Space
Review by Emma, @TheMiniMesAndMe
If you’re seeking somewhere for your small people to play while you enjoy a delicious slice of vegan cake and a coffee, the perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion or a place to practise your yoga, The Cloud Space is the ideal venue - there's even a choir and ukulele orchestra to fill your evenings!
We first discovered this hidden gem nestled amongst the antique shops, emporiums and boutiques of Weedon Depot when attending a Little Piggies Reflexology course and we’ve been regular visitors since. We even hosted our son’s 1st birthday party there recently and hired beautiful soft play from Gray & Moo, along with a bouncy castle, as there’s plenty of room for it all.
Their award winning ‘Play Café’ for babies and toddlers runs on week day mornings with PM classes to fill the gap between school and dinner for those aged 5+. There’s always a variety of well thought out play areas set up by Emily, the owner, to keep kids entertained and there’s no compromise when it comes to parents either with a chilled atmosphere and affordable food on offer. I can personally recommend the raspberry and coconut brownie and I’m always tempted by the filled flatbreads and houmous bowls which look really fresh.
The Cloud Space has held art clubs, silent discos and ceramic sessions along with other great pop up events and workshops since opening. If you’ve not been before you should certainly arrange a trip for your family this spring time.
