Book Review: I'm a Feel-o-saur by Lezlie Evans, worth £6.99

Review:

This is a lovely book which helps to explain in simple words, the emotions we can all feel on a daily basis. 

I initially read it as a bedtime story to my 5 and 3 year old, who unfortunately lost interest as there isn’t a story as such to the book, but more of an explanation on each page, to each of the emotions we can feel.  So I would suggest that this is more of a ‘dip in to’ book of ‘how are you feeling today?’ and then that emotion can be discussed in more depth with the aid of the relevant ‘Feel-O-Saur’.

The illustrations work well to help with the explanations, especially for the younger children and in particular we liked the advice given by all of the ‘Feel-O-Saurs’ on last page, as to how to overcome the emotion you were currently experiencing.
