Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, mind-body discipline performed on specialist equipment, allowing for a more dynamic, supportive, and/or targeted workout. Reformer Pilates is incredibly versatile. Think of Reformer Pilates as reforming the way you move. It is a Pilates resistance training machine specifically designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles in a way that cannot be achieve in the gym alone. The great thing is; reformer Pilates is for all, whatever your physique or fitness ability. 

Muay Thai Coaching

Muay Thai, also known as the “Art of Eight Limbs” (as competitors can use their fists, elbows, knees, and legs), is widely regarded as one of the most effective striking disciplines. Thailand’s national sport prides itself on being the most technically superior of the stand-up arts. You’ll be so surprised how effective this martial art is at changing your body and your mentality.

Are you looking for extra motivation to reach a particular goal or you want to build confidence in the gym? If you enjoy movement and exercise but don’t know where to start 1:1 or 2:1 sessions are a great place. Let me help you find what exercise suits you most, we can work around injuries or health considerations. If you want to gain muscle, increase strength or even loss body fat. Whether you are an avid gym goer or have just decided to start your fitness journey now, exercising whilst pregnant is a great idea. It has been proven to improve labour times and your physical recovery postpartum. Birthing a baby is one hell of an accomplishment. No matter how you delivered your baby, post-partum care is important. Who is going to look after you? Well…ME! The changes that happen to the body to give life are incredible but so is our abilities to recover and regain the strength we formerly had. Let me help you find your mum strength.
