Hi Sara, I’m sorry that you had an issue unfortunately I wasn’t made aware until feedback was left and two orders have been impacted and a complaint has been lodged with Hermes , packaging is always for transportation only and not a gift box and is noted in my shop and I can only apologise that you experienced an issue, I have sent you a direct message to resolve and offer a refund or replacement gift, as I would hate for you to be unhappy, as a small business I work hard to ensure these issues do not happen, we bubble wrap all boxes and send in a bag to prevent damage and can only apologise that this has happened and would like the chance to resolve , love A Little Something Sensory x

My parcel is missing, what should I do?
When placing an order we send all items tracked via Hermes, once it has left and sent via tracking if there are any issues we would ask that you contact Hermes using your tracking details.
If you have any issues please do not hesitate to contact us. Unfortunately once your parcel has left us it is outside of our control and would need to be raised with Hermes directly.
