About Us
We are Sareena & Nim - sisters and proud owners of Serene Baby!
After spending 8-years as a massage therapist and over 9-years working with children in schools and nurseries, Sareena combined her two passions. She trained to become a Baby Massage and Baby Yoga teacher and Serene Baby was born in 2018, with Sareena teaching classes from her living room.
Sareena is a qualified early years practitioner and she uses her vast knowledge when developing our wonderful courses to ensure that both you and your little one are not only having fun but also gaining valuable development skills too!
After supporting Sareena in the background of Serene Baby for many years, Nim trained in Baby Massage and Baby Yoga and joined Serene Baby in 2021. Nim has always been passionate about supporting others with their Mental Health - especially expectant and postnatal mummy’s. Nim is an advocate for the power of positive touch for baby, and supporting to help break the cycle for the Mental Health of future generations.
