We’re still feeling the glow from our Women’s Evolution 2025 just a few weeks ago… and it’s clear this was more than an event — it was a shift. Unlike our usual wellness workshops, which often include talks and Q&As, we noticed something powerful: the conversations sparked during these moments were the highlights. They were raw, brave, deeply needed — and often overlooked. So, we designed an entire event just for those powerful conversations. And month, a room full of women showed us exactly why. We gathered to share openly — stories of motherhood, domestic abuse, mental health, business challenges, and everything in between. Vulnerability became our biggest strength. We unpacked what it truly means to “have it all,” challenging old narratives and making space for something more real, more us. We didn’t just leave inspired — we left shifted. Connections were made. Voices were heard. And the energy was unforgettable. To our incredible panelists: thank you for showing up with such honesty, strength, and wisdom. You made this what it was Helen Rowe, Astra Soulfeather, Jai Chan, Jennifer Ogunyemi, Vicky Shankland, Emma Holmes, Mufeedah Bustin, Sugita Harichandran A special shout out also to our exhibitors: Michelle Buchan for sharing her beautiful Tropic all-natural, toxin-free skincare and Helen Rowe for her powerful new book Eliminating Poverty in Britain — both making waves in their own way. And massive thanks to Karina T. at K Square Production for capturing the essence of the day through stunning photography and film. You were phenomenal. We’re proud to be evolving, together.
