Based in Woodbridge, Suffolk and working throughout the UK, I'm a certified Forest Bathing guide and Life Coach. Offering 1-2-1's and group sessions for new Mum's, Families and Children aged 0-11.

Forest Bathing is a slow and mindful walk in a natural environment which aims to calm your senses, de-stress and maintain wellbeing. This beautiful practice is scientifically proven to reduce your heart rate and blood pressure and the stress hormone, Cortisol. It's a powerful combination which is set to increase feelings of well-being and happiness

Being a new Mumma can be a daunting time, full of new and unexpected emotions, not all of which are positive (trust me, I’ve been there!) and if the idea of Mother and Babies groups sends you into a hot sweat, then this, my lovely, is just for you. Meet other new Mumma’s; Connect, Relax and Recharge.

FOREST FAIRIES AND WOODLAND WARRIORS for 2-5yrs and their Mummas.

Let your Forest Fairies and Woodland Warriors lead you on a journey of enchantment and discovery. You will be guided on an magical adventure trail which will engage all of your curiosity and imagination.

This beautiful and unique experience will enhance your special bond with your little one through sensory games that are are based on forest bathing practices. Escape the noise, mania and stress of soft play. Nurture their nature and yours for a truly beautiful experience which will leave you both connected, relaxed and happy.

Other Experinces include Walk with Wildlings for 5-11yrs; group Forest Bathing for Adults only and 1-1 walks.
