At Suffolk Woman's Wellness Centre you can pay for single sessions for all of our classes at £10 for a live virtual class, and £10 for live studio classes (once lockdown is lifted). To keep up fitness levels and motivation, women usually opt for one of our membership options
What is a Suffolk Woman’s Wellness Membership?
A monthly membership scheme is required to access our exercise and wellness classes. The membership schemes are recommended so that you benefit from consistent fitness and health, are continually motivated to attend and feel part of a friendly, sociable community.
You pay for a monthly membership package through our secure Direct Debit payment system powered by Stripe
Memberships are monthly subscriptions that will continue to roll over month by month unless cancelled. Funds will be taken from your bank account on the same date every month (the date you signed up).
You can cancel your subscription at any time by cancelling your Direct Debit, and no more payments will be taken.
Can I pay for one off Classes?
Yes, you can book a taster session of any of our classes, subject to availability either live or online for a single class charge of £10. To book single sessions live or virtually please sign up here for Pregnancy classes and here for All Fitness classes
How do I make a payment for a Membership?

Is the site secure?
Our site is secure (look for the green padlock next to the web browser’s address bar) and all payment details go straight to the payment service powered by Stripe. We do not hold any card or account details.
Can I book on after a new month has started?
Yes, you can, your monthly membership will begin whenever you wish to join.
What technology do I need to join a virtual class session?
All sessions are accessible on any device, PC/Laptop or phone/tablet through online interactive meeting software Zoom.
If accessing sessions through a mobile device or tablet you will need to download the Zoom App from the App Store. Search for Zoom Cloud meetings.
How do I book a class?
We use the booking system Acuity Scheduling for all our classes. Our timetable of classes is above. You receive a unique code when you sign up and this is used when booking in your virtual or live class. We will be holding a monthly master class that is different from the time tabled classes, offering more exercise variety for our members such as low impact HIIT, Heat, Pilates, Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Suspension training, Bosu, Kettle Bells, Circuits, Stability Ball, Step and Weight Lifting. This class will run on Sundays at 10am and the type of Class will be released the week before. We shall also periodically add new classes into the timetable and may change things around according to demand and popularity. All our classes are designed to ensure we protect the core and pelvic floor.
Is there a limit to the number of classes I can do?
No, you can attend as many classes online or live in the studio as you wish. Due to the size of the studio, live participants are limited to 6, so you need to ensure you have booked your weekly class, or it may become fully booked. You are only permitted to book for your weekly classes a week ahead, and you must cancel if you will not be attending to allow others to join.
How do I access the live class via the online platform?
To access any class or workshop you will need to sign up to the relevant membership package through our booking page HERE
Once you have registered and set up your log in account and/or purchased your preferred membership option, you will be able to use the online bookings system to book onto each class you wish to attend.
Once you have booked your session, you will be emailed a confirmation email that has a pre-screen attached, you only need to complete this once, or whenever your health circumstances change.
You will also be sent the link to the online class via a separate email. Please ensure you save us in your address book, or the emails may end up in your trash inbox.
You can click on the link 5 minutes before the start time and the instructor will join you at the allocated class time.
By signing up for membership you consent to be added the Suffolk Woman’s Wellness What’s App group for classes where we build on our class connection. As a collaborative I feel women have a deep desire to show up, have meaningful workouts with each other feel a connection whether in person or online. We aim to create a safe environment for women to have fun and be accountable for their health, so they enjoy their lives more. You may delete yourself from this group if you do not wish to participate without judgement 😊
Do I have to have my camera or sound on?
You do not have to turn on your video or audio. It is up to you whether you can be seen or heard by the class teacher and/or other people in the class. It is nice to have a sense of community by having a chat at the beginning or end, but if you want to turn up in your PJs and don’t want to be seen, then we are more than happy with that and are adaptable! 😊

Aqua Aerobics Classes - Aqua Bump – Pregnant ladies taught by Midwife Nina Parnham & Aqua Blast – All Abilities - Women only
Aqua is a safe effective and fun cardiovascular workout in the pool with exercises for toning the upper and lower body. Using the water’s natural resistance, the muscles are toned whilst stamina is developed; the waters buoyancy offers support for a stress-free workout. 45 minutes.
Barre Fit –
This class is a toning, fat burning and muscle sculpting full body session that gives quick results. Our classes focus on strength, posture and mobility. The low impact nature of barre means that this class caters for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are an athlete or pre or postnatal or recovering from injury, Barre will benefit your whole body. Using a blend of exercises on the barre, balls, bands and weights including some mat work, this class is perfect for those who like the mix of a LBT class 60 minutes.
Core Focus –
This class strengthens your core abdominals and pelvic floor and improving general trunk strength, upper limb and lower limb strength. You will notice an improvement in the ‘connection’ to your core, and feel stronger, have more stability and can manage daily tasks with more ease. This is a fun, low impact conditioning class, mixing sequences of low impact cardio with slow controlled exercises, focusing on strength and stamina reshaping the body and burning calories. 60 minutes
Holistic Core Restore® -Everywoman –
This bookable 6 or 12 week course (not included membership options) includes functional movement, nutritional guidance and education regarding your Pelvic Floor, Core and women’s fitness and wellness at whatever life phase you’re in, on this unique Holistic Core Restore® ‘Everywoman’ programme. The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to ‘bring you back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus. Daytime classes focus on postnatal mums and transforms the way you return to health and wellbeing after the birth of your baby. We look at how exercise nutrition, mind-set, hormone balance, sleep and ‘me’ time all influence a mother’s recovery in the postnatal period. All these elements contribute to re-programming your body to work the best it possibly can for you, to meet the demands of motherhood. Improve your flexibility, alignment, strength, stamina, fitness and stability, which in turn will aid in fat loss and a reduction in your mummy tummy, to progress to a body that you are proud of. 60 minutes.
Monthly Masterclass -
For those wanting to up their game and challenge their fitness and/or try something new, our monthly masterclass is a wonderful way to add variety to your workouts! Each month a different option of equipment and style is used, from stability balls to steps, HIIT exercise to pyramid training and time challenges. I will post at the beginning of the month what equipment we shall use so you can dust off your step, pump up your ball or get your weights out of the loft! - it's also a good excuse if you haven't got much fitness kit at home to slowly build up your selection.
Preparation for Birth –
This class is a blend of exercises, stretches and movement to keep you moving pain free throughout the trimesters and encourage a shorter birth process. We will focus on the importance of using your core and pelvic floor and your breath which assists in your preparation for birth. Every classes includes the ‘birth fit 10’ sequence which are exercises designed to help bring baby into the optimal position for birthing. We will also focus on breath work; hypnobirthing principles and the 4th Trimester so support you beyond your birthing. The class will finish with a relaxation session, to help you de-stress, connect with your body and unwind. 60 minutes.
Experience the opportunity to just be. This gorgeous flowing session gives you time to quieten the chatter of your mind, and move your attention to your body, and what it wants to tell you. Does your body resist or flow with the sequence? How is your breathing? Is it shallow or deep? Are you belly, chest or ribcage breathing? Are you a breath holder? Are you finding it difficult to switch off? Are you struggling to concentrate? Are you have trouble falling or staying asleep? The class format is mat based gentle stretching and yoga type sequences. This class will give you this rare opportunity as a woman to relax, and enjoy focusing on yourself, bringing you to a grounded state. No judgements, no expectations, no criticism, just come and find your own flow. 45 minutes
