OneFitMama Cotswolds offers safe postnatal fitness classes for mums. All exercises are safe and can be modified whatever your stage of recovery. Mums will receive a FREE thorough online consultation to ensure we can discuss any areas such as pelvic floor recovery, diastasis recti, posture etc and give advice on exercise going forward.
We run classes via a private facebook group which is also a community support group for mums where they can meet local mums online.
We run 3 live classes a week at 9am on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursday which can be done live or at a time to suit you later in the week, a weekend workout, weekly challenges, monthly fitness tests and PE lessons for older children.
Mums can join the group for free for 24 hours to get a feel for the group then it's £5 a week.
