All our recipes are designed to be served as a nutritious lunch OR dinner. Each recipe has been balanced with ingredients to provide key nutrients, vitamins and healthy fats, to support healthy development.
EAT ME – FRIDGE ME – FREEZE ME
Time saving! We are all about convenience at My Little Foodie, which is why our recipe cards make between 4-8 portions, depending on the stage and your child's appetite. Making 1 to eat on the day, 1 to fridge for the following day and the rest to freeze for later in the week.
As you make meals for your tiny tums you may find that you have some leftover ingredients. But we make sure nothing will go to waste with tips on how to use your leftovers for all the family, from finger foods to healthy snacks.
For extra reassurance we've teamed up with Food Safety Mum to give you guidance and advice on cooking, storing, freezing and reheating your little one's food.
