Lisa has been practising Yoga for 20 years + and teaching for the past 10/11 years. She qualified in Vinyasa flow 200hr TT in 2009 in Ibiza with Still flowing.
Attending regular Yoga workshops and TT's since to continue her teaching jouney to share with students, in 2016 she also studied and qualified in Pre and Post Natal yoga and in 2017 qualifying in Yin Yoga with Sarah Lo and has gone on to do her level 2 in Yin.

Yin Yoga is a style of yoga practice that activates the connective tissues of the body in order to open restrictions physically and energetically. Using passive longer held postures the tissues of the body become more flexible and the energetic channels open.
