Fit with Mum is an exercise to music based workout. It is specially designed and choreographed to suit the specific needs of the postnatal body.

Focusing on pelvic floor and core muscles as well as cardiovascular fitness. I offer adaptations/modifications for every exercise and move making it suitable for all levels of fitness and stages postpartum (from 8 weeks). 

In 'normal times' we run classes in Norfolk where mums bring their little ones along but we are currently about to start online classes on 2nd June. Little babies can lie on a mat/in their chair and watch and older ones can join in! And if you need to tend to your baby then you know everyone else is in the same boat and totally understands!

Despite being a specialist postnatal class, Fit with Mum is an excellent workout for anyone and, of course, everyone is welcome!

Online classes are on a Tuesday at 10am and are currently £5 per session. The live class saves automatically so you won’t miss out if you can’t make it.
