We offer evening and daytime Barre classes for adults in Bury St Edmunds. They are ballet-based exercise classes, providing a full body workout, aimed at toning, strengthening, improving posture, balance, co-ordination and flexibility. As the classes are non-impact, they are suitable for all ages and abilities, including pregnant and post-partum ladies, as well as those recovering from injury or back pain. Absolutely no experience is necessary, just turn up in comfy clothes and some water!
Classes are: MONDAY 7PM Barre Workout. MONDAY 8PM Barre Workout. THURSDAY 8PM Floor Barre. FRIDAY 10.45AM Barre Workout.
