Baby College Derby

Hi I'm Rebecca and I'll be running new and exciting Baby College classes in the Derby area from January 2018.

I'm a trained Primary School teacher. I have been teaching for 7 years across Foundation and Key Stage 1. During this time I have found myself becoming more and more interested in the development which takes place before children even begin school and have realised that positive baby development is key to setting children up for successful life-long learning.

In September 2016, my own little treasure Amélie was born, and during my maternity leave we enjoyed sampling all the baby activities going. The adult social company at times kept me sane! We enjoyed music, signing and sensory play and I have really seen the benefits of these as Amélie has grown.

Fast forward to September 2017 when I discovered Baby College. It was so refreshing to find a programme that linked my passion for baby and child development with a wide range of fun games and activities. I just knew I had to bring these classes to the Derby area so that parents and children here can experience them and reap the benefits.
